Delicious Preparation Method

How to Prepare Usucha (Thin Tea) (For One Serving)

1. Add 2g (2 teaspoons) of Matcha into a tea bowl.
2. Pour 60ml of 80°C hot water into the bowl.
3. Use a Chasen (bamboo whisk) to whisk thoroughly until a fine froth forms.

How to Prepare Cold Matcha

1. Add about 2–3g of Matcha into a tea bowl.
2. Pour 50ml of hot water and whisk with a Chasen to create froth.
3. Add 2 to 3 ice cubes to the whisked Matcha.
4. Once the ice has melted halfway and the tea is chilled, enjoy!
