This Matcha is made by grinding Tencha (the raw material for Matcha) with a traditional stone mill. It harmonizes the distinctive umami and natural sweetness of Uji Matcha with a refreshing finish. When whisked in a chawan, its vibrant green color stands out, allowing you to enjoy not only the rich flavor but also its visual beauty. Ideal for preparing Usucha (thin tea) in tea ceremony.
How to Prepare (Hot Usucha):

Add 2g (about 2 teaspoons) of Matcha to a tea bowl.

Pour in 60ml of 80°C water.

Whisk briskly with a chasen until frothy.
How to Prepare Cold Matcha:

Add 2–3g of Matcha and 50ml of hot water.

Whisk well, then add 2–3 ice cubes.

Enjoy once chilled.
Also great for iced Matcha lattes or a Matcha affogato using a stronger brew.
