This Matcha is made by grinding Tencha—the raw material for Matcha—with a traditional stone mill. By blending Tencha with a fresh, leafy aroma reminiscent of new greenery, it achieves a well-balanced flavor that combines deep umami and sweetness with a subtle refreshing note. Its vivid blue-green hue shines beautifully in the tea bowl. Suitable for tea ceremony, this Matcha is ideal for preparing Usucha (thin tea).
How to Prepare (Hot Usucha):

Add 2g (about 2 teaspoons) of Matcha to a tea bowl.

Pour in 60ml of 80°C water.

Whisk briskly with a chasen until frothy.
How to Prepare Cold Matcha:

Add 2–3g of Matcha and 50ml of hot water.

Whisk well, then add 2–3 ice cubes.

Enjoy once chilled.
Also great for iced Matcha lattes or a Matcha affogato using a stronger brew.
