Notice of Price Revision and Changes in the Japanese Tea Industry

The tea we offer is nurtured by nature, carefully cultivated by dedicated tea farmers, and brought to life through the skills and craftsmanship of many people.

At Fukujuen, we have always valued the blessings of nature and the dedication of those involved in tea production. We remain committed to treating every tea leaf with care and delivering delicious Japanese tea to our customers.

In recent years, growing demand for Japanese tea both in Japan and overseas has led to rising prices for tea leaves, including Tencha (the raw material used to produce Matcha), Gyokuro, and Sencha. At the same time, packaging, transportation, and other related costs have remained high.

We have made every effort to maintain our prices by reviewing our production processes and materials. However, to preserve the quality of our products and ensure a stable supply, we have decided to revise the prices of selected products effective November 1, 2026.

We sincerely regret the additional burden this may place on our customers.

As a tea manufacturer with our own production facilities, Fukujuen remains dedicated to continually improving the quality and value of our teas. We will continue to work closely with tea farmers, appreciate the gifts of nature, and refine our craftsmanship while exploring new ways to share the enjoyment and richness of Japanese tea.

We will also continue to communicate the care, dedication, and traditions behind our teas to customers around the world.
