Delicious Brewing Method
- Add 3g of tea leaves (a lightly heaped tablespoon) into a Kyusu (teapot).
- Pour 60ml of hot water cooled to 70°C (158°F).
- Let it steep for about 1 minute, then pour out every last drop for the best flavor.
