Bearing the name “Syu” (Vermilion) — a color symbolizing connection, harmony, and resonance among people — this Matcha celebrates the bonds we share over tea.
Crafted from carefully selected Uji tea leaves and stone-milled to an ultra-fine texture, this Matcha offers a deep, green color with mellow umami and subtle astringency.
Its balanced flavor profile allows it to be enjoyed both as usucha (thin tea) and koicha (thick tea).
Compared to “Kuro,” it has a slightly lighter character, yet it retains more depth and umami than “Shiro.”
It’s an ideal Matcha for those seeking harmony and warmth in every shared tea moment — an expression of togetherness through tranquility.
Now available in a convenient bag type, responding to popular demand.
