Product Details:

"Ryokufu" deep steamed Japanese tea is a tea that is deeply steamed, even to the core of the tea leaves. It has a lot of powder, a rich green color, and a deep flavor with a hint of richness.

This tea is popular among those who prefer a slightly stronger taste.

Here is a general guide for brewing this tea:

1. Put 3g (about one tablespoon) of tea leaves into your teapot or kyusu (Japanese teapot).

2. Pour 60ml of water cooled to 70°C over the tea leaves.

After 30 seconds, pour the tea until the last drop is out.

If you pour boiling water directly over the tea leaves, it can cause bitterness to be released. You can also measure the water you're using by running the hot water into a yunomi (Japanese teacup) before transferring it to your teapot. Additionally, the water will cool down when moved to the yunomi, so it'll be more comfortable to drink and taste better.

- Please adjust the amount of tea leaves and steeping time to your preference.
- Always use new tea leaves, as used leaves can spoil or go bad over time.
