General Instructions for Making a Delicious Cup of Japanese Tea
- Prepare boiled hot water and wait till it cools down to the recommended temperature.
- Place tea leaves in a teapot.
- Pour the hot water into the teapot.
- Steep for the recommended period of time.
- Pour the tea liquid into the tea cup to the last drop.
- Enjoy!

For the second steeping, the above time can be shortened to 2/3.
For example: Gyokuro, 1st steeping:150 sec.→ 2nd:100 sec.
