Vibrant green Matcha chocolate is used to envelop the Matcha ganache as well, resulting in a deeper Matcha flavor than ever before.
By blending two types of stone-ground Uji Matcha with different flavor profiles, the truffle delivers a deep, layered aftertaste—like savoring a carefully prepared bowl of Matcha.

Each piece is finished by hand and delicately dusted with Matcha powder, creating a vivid deep-green appearance that is as striking to the eye as it is rich in aroma.

Matcha Syrup Chocolate

Stone-ground Uji Matcha syrup encased in glossy, vibrant green Uji Matcha chocolate, delicately adorned with edible gold leaf.
It is a product with a quiet but devoted following.

As the Matcha syrup gently melts, the flavors and textures of two types of stone-ground Uji Matcha come together, creating a smooth mouthfeel followed by a lingering, pleasantly bitter finish.
