As a Japanese tea specialty shop, we carefully select premium tea leaves to satisfy even the most discerning Matcha lovers. For these truffles, we use two distinct types of Uji Matcha to enhance the unique umami and bitterness of stone-milled Matcha. The ganache is infused with subtly bitter Matcha, delicately wrapped in white chocolate sweetness, and finished with a dusting of bright green, umami-rich Matcha to deliver a rich and lingering flavor.
