Shipping Policy

Please read the following shipping policy before placing your order.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to selected countries and regions.
Our available shipping destinations may change depending on customs regulations, import restrictions, and carrier service availability.
Please check our Shipping page or the country and region options available at checkout for the latest list of destinations to which we can ship.
We may be unable to ship certain products to some countries or regions due to local import regulations.
Shipping Method
Orders are generally shipped by DHL Express.
In exceptional circumstances, Fukujuen may use another shipping carrier or shipping method when necessary.
Processing Time
In-stock products are generally shipped within 1–4 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Made-to-order products and products that need to be specially obtained may require approximately 1–4 weeks before shipment. Please check the applicable product page for the estimated processing time.
When an order contains products with different processing times, the entire order may be shipped after all products are ready.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Japanese national holidays, and Fukujuen company holidays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and other applicable shipping conditions.
Import Duties and Taxes
Unless otherwise stated, international orders are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis.
The recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country or region.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The amount of any duties, taxes, or fees is determined by the customs authorities and other relevant authorities in the destination country or region. Fukujuen cannot confirm the amount in advance.
Please check the import regulations and possible charges in your country or region before placing your order.
Orders cannot be canceled after shipment due to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or similar charges.
Refused or Abandoned Shipments
Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.
If the recipient refuses or abandons a shipment, including because they do not wish to pay import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other applicable charges, no refund will be issued, except where required by applicable law.
The customer may also be responsible for any costs incurred by Fukujuen as a result of the refusal or abandonment, including:

Import duties and taxes

Customs clearance or brokerage fees

Storage fees

Disposal fees

Any other charges imposed by the carrier, customs authorities, or other relevant authorities
Fukujuen may deduct these costs from any refund that is required by applicable law. If these costs exceed the refundable amount, the customer may be responsible for the remaining balance.
Delivery Times and Delays
Any estimated delivery time is provided for reference only and is not guaranteed.
Customs inspections, import procedures, severe weather, transportation disruptions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may cause delivery delays.
Fukujuen is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, import procedures, the shipping carrier, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient and shipping information, including:

Company name, hotel name, room number, or other relevant delivery information, where applicable
If a shipment cannot be delivered or is returned because the information provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges and related costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please retain the product, packaging, shipping label, and any other relevant materials, and provide photographs when requested.
We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate solution.
