Cold Brew Japanese Tea

Cold Brew Japanese Tea

Cold Brew Tea

Cold brew tea is not hot brewed tea that is allowed to cool. Instead it is made with water and tea leaves only.
It does not require a teapot or temperature control, and it is easy to make and enjoy a little different flavor from the usual tea.
Tea made with water has a mellow and luxurious taste. The tea’s density slowly changes according to the brewing time. Enjoy the tea at your preferred strength.

All you need are as follows

・Tea bags (or tea leaves in a disposable tea filter bag)
・Water
・Container (pot, plastic bottle, or large cup)

Simply place the tea bag in a container with water and leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
The tea will be then ready to drink.
*The optimum amount of water and tea bags/tea leaves is indicated on the back of each package.
