Our Kagoshima Deep Roast Shincha blends young, tender tea leaves harvested at the start of the season. Carefully roasted to reduce the grassy notes often found in fresh teas, this Shincha offers a fragrant, toasty aroma with a refined, mellow flavor.

Cold brewing helps minimize bitterness and brings out the tea’s natural umami, making it incredibly smooth and easy to drink, perfect for pairing with meals or sipping throughout the day.
