A high-quality usucha-style Uji Matcha, known for its rich umami and balanced bitterness—a favorite among tea enthusiasts.

How to Prepare (Hot Usucha):

  1. Add 2g (about 2 teaspoons) of Matcha to a tea bowl.

  2. Pour in 60ml of 80°C water.

  3. Whisk briskly with a chasen until frothy.

How to Prepare Cold Matcha:

  1. Add 2–3g of Matcha and 50ml of hot water.

  2. Whisk well, then add 2–3 ice cubes.

  3. Enjoy once chilled.

Also great for iced Matcha lattes or a Matcha affogato using a stronger brew.

Emptied multiple cans of Sangetsu no Shiro and have loved it so far. Really good in a latte. Creamy and sweet even without sweetener.
