Noél K. This is my first purchase and won’t be my last! I was a bit hesitant at first considering this was a blind purchase but this matcha absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. This matcha is delicious no matter how you prepare it! It has a lovely nuttiness and invigorating aftertaste with the perfect balance of bitter to sweet ratio that makes for a perfect start to my mornings or even a night cap. The color is vibrant and the scent is particularly lovely to the nose, with a fresh aftertaste that just makes me want to make another. If the Sangetsu no Shiro is in stock, don’t hesitate you will not be disappointed. Very satisfied with my purchase, and excited to explore other teas.
