How to Prepare (Hot Usucha)

1. Add 2g of Matcha to a tea bowl.
2. Pour in 60ml of water at 80°C (176°F).
3. Whisk briskly with a bamboo whisk (chasen) until a fine froth forms.

How to Prepare Cold Matcha

1. Add 2–3g of Matcha to a tea bowl.
2. Pour in 50ml of hot water and whisk thoroughly.
3. Add 2–3 ice cubes and stir gently.
4. Enjoy once chilled.

For a richer flavor, use a slightly stronger brew as a base for iced Matcha lattes or Matcha affogato.
