This organic Sencha is grown in the southern region of Kyoto Prefecture, the heart of Uji tea production, without the use of synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers. It offers a refreshing aroma and a simple yet rich flavor.

Delicious Brewing Method

1. Add 3g of tea leaves (a lightly heaped tablespoon) into a Kyusu (teapot).
2. Pour 60ml of hot water cooled to 70°C (158°F).
3. Let it steep for about 1 minute, then pour out every last drop for the best flavor.
