A light and refined usucha-style Uji Matcha with a delicate bitterness and clean finish. Perfect for traditional tea preparation or modern Matcha recipes.
How to Prepare (Hot Usucha):

Add 2g (about 2 teaspoons) of Matcha to a tea bowl.

Pour in 60ml of 80°C water.

Whisk briskly with a chasen until frothy.
How to Prepare Cold Matcha:

Add 2–3g of Matcha and 50ml of hot water.

Whisk well, then add 2–3 ice cubes.

Enjoy once chilled.
Also great for iced Matcha lattes or a Matcha affogato using a stronger brew.
